Allow select-all for Facilities in Platforms/Systems table
When selecting the facilities where a platform/system is running, have the option to select all facilities rather than needing to go one-by-one.

Applications & Databases are mandatory fields in the Platforms/Systems table, mark them as such when the table is being filled out.
When completing the Platforms/Systems table, some fields are marked mandatory. The Applications & Databases fields are not. However, HITRUST QA requires something to be included here. Please mark these fields as mandatory up front to minimize these QA tasks/findings.

Organize compliance factors by type
It would be helpful to organize the various authoritative sources on the factors page by type, similar to how the sources are organized in Microsoft's Trust Center. See pic for their example.

Hello, I'm having issues uploading the offline assessment to Opt1 – Shearwater Health 2022 Validated Assessment. It's saying 0 rows saved and 0 blank rows were skipped, but not updating the scores

Assessors shouldn't have to do anything on "not started" CAPs at interim
It would be nice that if a CAP is not started that MyCSF would be aware of such and not expect the assessor to do anything at interim. This would include attaching documentation since there is technically nothing for them to review. It is not user friendly to have to attach a document because the old score warrants it when there has not been any work done it.

Drop Down for Contact and Interviewed Names
Have the ability to have once place where interviewed names would be captured and then when populating the control artifacts, you have the ability to select from a drop down of pre-populated names and titles, instead of having to type each persons name and title for each and every control. This would save time.

Making primary contacts get notified for all assessments a company has
I am the primary contact for my company. The current model requires a client to select me for an assessment or I don't see the assessment. Because of staff turnover I may not have been assigned to a previous assessment. I need to be notified of all assessments my company has and should be a default for all notifications since I am the primary contact.

For assessments using the new webforms, MyCSF should validate email addresses for VRA and rep letter signatures
For assessments using the new webforms, MyCSF should validate email addresses for VRA and rep letter signatures and report back to the user if that email address bounces (e.g., due to a typo). This will let the user know that they shouldn't wait for a validated report agreement or rep letter signature that didn't ever actually make it to the intended recipient for signature.

Update Inheritance percentage selection box
Customers lose visibility of the percentage number displayed in the inheritance request box when changing the browser zoom. Update display characteristics to dynamically change text size so a number is always present regardless of zoom. Zoom from 75% up to 150 percent should be supported.

Have the box turn green in each of the phases as they are completed. If something comes back and moves it to a lower phase make it red, the next phase should be highlighted in a new color.

- Please add "Response Date" column in the table to analyze our SLA matrix
- "Filter" : Please provide "Select All" checkbox so that by unchecking it we can select the required filter, right now, all fields and data items are marked in "Filter", it takes time to deselect every one of them.

Under "Assessment Options," consider rephrasing "Report Processing" in the first question. It is confusing.
Under "Assessment Options" consider rephrasing this question as follows - the "Report Processing" piece being capitalized makes it seem like a specific offering type, which is confusing.

Extremely unhelpful targeted help screens. There were questions asked on the help screen that were not answered in the help section. It linked to the general help area and did not provide any answers. Need better targeted help with real answers to the questions you select.

Requirement statement selections
When a similar requirement statement is applicable for multiple regulatory factors, only have that requirement statement appear once in the scoped assessment, currently they can appear multiple times in an assessment.
