QA and Support Work together
It would be helpful for Tasks to come back in a state that can be edited. Most of the time the QA sends something back that needs edited, and the Control is locked. When you attempt to get with support to help you fix it, it is a prolonged process with a lot of back and forths and delayed responses. QA and Support need to work together if the tasks are going to come back where Support needs to be engaged.

HITRUST QA Tasks for External Assessor
It would be helpful to be able to export to excel HITRUST QA tasks with the Assessment Task pop-up details, including the full text of the latest HITRUST Comment and corresponding BUID for the control.

Fine-Grain Assessment Object Reversion
I suggest implementing fine-grain assessment object reversion when subscriber changes (e.g., to requirement scores, NA statements, CAPs, and external inheritance requests) are needed post-submission. Under the current system, it seems that such changes require reversion of the entire object, which then calls for revalidating all requirements (rather than just the updated ones). Fine-grain reversion would support greater assessment efficiency, less rework, and less frustration for subscribers. Also, MyCSF would more accurately reflect workflow status, without resetting the status of previously completed phases/tasks.

Make it easier to recall or reverse and assessment
It is difficult to reverse an assessment if a domain has been submitted. I am proposing making it easier for a submitter to reverse an assessment if it was submitted in error. Or add functionality so that organizational information can be updated even if a domain has been submitted for an external assessor review.

Feedback Forum Usability
Feedback Forum Access not intuitive - trying to get to the main feedback forum page but there is no link and accessing the feedback feature does not allow the user to actually navigate to the broader feedback forum itself. Usability overall for Feedback and CAPs is an issue that results in highly inefficient time usage.

For assessments using the new webforms, MyCSF should validate email addresses for VRA and rep letter signatures
For assessments using the new webforms, MyCSF should validate email addresses for VRA and rep letter signatures and report back to the user if that email address bounces (e.g., due to a typo). This will let the user know that they shouldn't wait for a validated report agreement or rep letter signature that didn't ever actually make it to the intended recipient for signature.

We have definitions for procedure and process in the glossary and they have separate meanings. Currently the tool shows the policy process implemented measure and manage instead of procedure.

External assessor timesheet should have drop-downs on the name fields
- Name fields on the external assessor timesheet should be drop-downs pre-populated with all of the assessor’s users who have access to that object (with the option to still manually type in a name if not in MyCSF).
- When selected, the CCSFP numbers should auto-populate as well.

Messaging Center within MyCSF
MyCSF should have a messaging center to allow individuals with access to an object (customers, assessors, HITRUST) to send and receive messages securely.
Message recipients would receive an email notification that would indicate: You have received a new message from <Entity> regarding <Assessment Object>. Please login to MyCSF and go to your message center to retrieve this message.
Additional Fields:
1. Object – allows selection of object based on those that you have access to.
2. Response Required – Checkbox used for SLA tracking purposes
3. CC – Multiselect restricted to those with access to selected object.

[BL] Disable Converting Assessment to Offline Assessment
If an Account has an offline assessment credit then mycsf should automatically have the excel spreadsheets ready to be downloaded. Assessors should be able to access this page as well only if they have been assigned to the assessment to be an assessor they can access the page to download the offline assessment spreadsheets.

Create a MyCSF Help Forum and allow all users access to it. They can decide what name is displayed via a profile.
