  1. MyCSF should have a messaging center to allow individuals with access to an object (customers, assessors, HITRUST) to send and receive messages securely.

    Message recipients would receive an email notification that would indicate: You have received a new message from <Entity> regarding <Assessment Object>. Please login to MyCSF and go to your message center to retrieve this message.

    Additional Fields:
    1. Object – allows selection of object based on those that you have access to.
    2. Response Required – Checkbox used for SLA tracking purposes
    3. CC – Multiselect restricted to those with access to selected object.

  2. Would like a customer level report showing by requirement statement which requirements have had an inheritance request assigned the company/assessment of assignment and the date. Also would like to show acceptance/rejection by the external company.

  3. Users should be able to add documents (e.g., screenshots, workpapers, validated report agreement, participation letter) by simply emailing a MyCSF email address, similar to what TripIt lets you do with travel itineraries. There should be a way to specify in the email body and/or subject which assessment, CSF requirement statement(s), and PRISMA levels that the document should be linked to.

In the "Corrective Action Plan" modal / pop-up accessible by pressing the "Edit" button for a single CAP listed in the "Corrective Action Plans" page: The "Linked Statements" area should contain hyperlinks. Specifically, the "Assessment", "Domain", and "Baseline Unique ID" columns should all be populated with hyperlinks.

  8. Please create a report feature to generate 'completed' requirement statements have have no documentation linked. This will help the internal assessor send out follow up emails to ensure the assessment is ready for the external assessor to review.

  17. If you try to reset a password on a disabled user account, the system doesn't tell you that the account is disabled and also doesn't send the password reset link. MyCSF should be updated to inform the user that the account is disabled and therefore password reset isn't possible.

  18. The mouse cursor icon when mousing over rows of the 'Corrective Action Plans' page (where all of the CAPs are listed in a table) is confusing. It always displays as a hand when mousing over any part of the CAPs table, which makes me think I'm mousing over a link. However, the only links in the table are buttons in the far-right of the table. I think this is a bug. The fix is to correct the cursor icon when mousing over the non-linked areas of the table.
