More explanation on the offline documentation spreadsheet's options
The two checkboxes available when using the offline assessment's documentation spreadsheet are not intuitive... how are users to know what "Ignore blank cells" and "Preserve documents" means? Please add more verbose explanations next to the checkboxes describing their purpose and use.

Here's data from the original change request about the "Ignore blank cells" option:
a. The option should be something like “Clear existing MyCSF values if blank cells are encountered during import?”
b. If selected / TRUE: If a blank cell is encountered when importing the offline assessment template and MyCSF has an existing value in the associated field, that existing value will be cleared / deleted.
c. If unselected / FALSE: If a blank cell is encountered when importing the offline assessment template and MyCSF has an existing value in the associated field, that existing value will be kept.
d. This checkbox should affect the importing of all data points that can be imported via the offline assessment template EXCEPT documents. If those are in the tool but not listed in this spreadsheet, the existing document names should always be kept.
