Post Submission QA Tasks
It would be helpful to partially unlock the specific items/areas that QA has assigned tasks to post submission. Currently, we have to request help from the support team and it prolongs the process of QA unnecessarily.

I second this. Every time there is a small edit to the Subscriber comments, scoring, anything really, QA sends it to you to fix, but you are unable to fix anything without support help. The QA should have the ability to do this and/or this should be configured to "unlock" the controls for all editing when a control is flagged for a Task in QA. This is taking too much time when you have to get a third team (4th really, if you count the Subscriber, External Assessor, QA and now Support) to fix a error.
