[BL] Document Mapping Spreadsheet within the Offline Assessment component
The system shall update the Offline Assessment Template and import.
Description and Priority
MyCSF should have a new spreadsheet within the Offline Assessment page that enables a user to both define new Document References as well as link all of the Assessment's Document References to the Statements. When the user downloads the spreadsheet the following should be contained within the file:
This file is pre-populated with the following column titles:
i. Document name [STRING]
ii. Identified by: [CUSTOMER or ASSESSOR]
iii. Has this document been uploaded into MyCSF? [BOOLEAN] ß If adding this isn’t currently possible due to limitations of the current database architecture we can skip this for now
iv. Associated requirement statement (UNIQUE ID) (One per row… if a single document is used for more than one requirement statement new rows need to be added using the same document name)
v. Related to the POLICY attribute? [BOOLEAN]
vi. Related to the PROCEDURE attribute? [BOOLEAN]
vii. Related to the IMPLEMENTED attribute? [BOOLEAN]
viii. Related to the MEASURED attribute? [BOOLEAN]
ix. Related to the MANAGED attribute? [BOOLEAN]
x. If used for MANAGED is this evidence of an INDEPENDENT MEASURE? [BOOLEAN] ß If adding this isn’t currently possible due to limitations of the current database architecture we can skip this for now
xi. If used for MANAGED is this evidence of an OPERATIONAL MEASURE? [BOOLEAN] ß If adding this isn’t currently possible due to limitations of the current database architecture we can skip this for now
xii. If used for MANAGED is this evidence of an METRIC? [BOOLEAN] ß If adding this isn’t currently possible due to limitations of the current database architecture we can skip this for now
This file is also pre-populated with the listing of all documents that have already been added to the Assessment (either via the GUI or via this spreadsheet-upload approach)
The user can then add change or remove rows as needed
The user can then upload the “Offline document listing template.xlsx” back into MyCSF and the new / changed / removed document links would be reflected throughout the object
i. The role of the uploading user should be checked and only the attributes they have the ability to modify in the GUI should be altered.
In the MyCSF page where this file is uploaded the user needs to be presented the following option: “Preserve existing document links if not listed in template” (or something similar to that)
If selected / TRUE: If a document is identified in MyCSF (either through uploads or just by filename) and ISN’T in the template that document is kept in MyCSF (unchanged).
If unselected / FALSE: If a document is identified in MyCSF (either through uploads or just by filename) and ISN’T in the template that document is removed from MyCSF.
Rationale
A new Offline Assessment Template should be able to map documentation to Assessment Statements.
Dependencies
Assessment must permit the usage of the Offline Assessment
Stimulus
