  1. Update to e1 and i1 assessment objects that have Compliance Factors (e.g. HIPAA) selected to error in reservations that have not purchased a report credit for that Insights/AI cert report. Similar to the existing error when a report credit hasn't been purchased so user is unable to schedule reservation. Currently, you don't know that the insights/ai report credit hasn't been purchased/applied until submission for e1 and i1 assessments.

  2. Can you update the "Change / Cancellation Policy" section on the Reservation tab to include the requirement that your submission date cannot be less than 2 weeks before the QA block selected. This requirement is not written out anywhere online but is enforced.
