  1. Would love to see a dark theme for MyCSF. I tend to find myself in MyCSF for extended periods of time and the all-white on my large monitor is blinding.

  3. Populate the Engagement Executive & CHQP on the Assessor Timesheet based on what is entered on Name & Security page. Additionally, have a dropdown for names of assessors and auto-populate CCSFP numbers when selected.

  6. The control should not be marked as completed until there is 1) N/A marked 2) 100% inheritance marked or 3) where the control is applicable (partially or in whole) AND inheritance is 0-75%, linked documents applied with subscriber comments.

    Controls are being marked completed (automatically by the system) when Inheritance is applied, even if the inheritance is less that 100%. The subscriber still needs to add their control testing for their portion of the control. The control should be deemed incomplete until they have linked documents and subscriber comments. Otherwise the status wheel is an inaccurate representation of the status…

  7. After the validated report agreement is signed by subscriber please allow for the green check mark to be generated. Subscriber should not have to wait for HITRUST to countersign the validated report agreement for a green checkmark to be generated. This delays the ability to generate caps.

  8. Please consider not tying certified assessment to the assessment object. This way, customers can use MyCSF to house all the previous assessment reports in one location without needing to purchase additional assessment objects.

  9. It would be faster, more efficient, if the Assessor Contacts can be input at the beginning (and if needed, ad hoc) and then a drop down of those contacts appear for each control instead of having to type them in over and over in each control.

  10. Please return the bulk download functionality. This is very useful at multiple stages of an assessment, especially for text searching and opening multiple documents at once on multiple monitors. -
    - update permissions set for assessors assigned to a subscriber's validated assessment object to do bulk download of the mapped documentation whether loaded by customer or assessor.

  16. domains, this sort order (whether ascending or descending) makes it easier to quickly find specific requirements. This is especially true when working between MyCSF and an assessment test plan (typically during scoring, commenting, and evidence mapping), because test plans tend to feature this sort order also.

  17. I suggest that HITRUST publishes a quarterly release note digest to summarize changes for users. Under the Release Notes section of MyCSF Help, no new notes have been published since June 2021; yet, MyCSF has changed dramatically (especially regarding workflow and status management) since this time. The digests can be published under the Release Notes section, or (even better) emailed to registered MyCSF users.

  18. In V11, when exporting controls the language removes all formatting and numbering, making it difficult to trace back actions to the sub-requirements. Given the importance of the list breakdown this should be included ASAP. If the formatting is a challenge due to Excel/CSV, the numbering should still be included.

  20. Illustrative Procedures are presented in 'narrative' form. Given that the number of 'elements' in an Illustrative Procedure factors into the scoring formula, might not be optimum as ambiguous results can arise based on individual interpretation of the number of elements (not everyone is a champion sentence parser). Ergo, suggestions for revised Illustrative Procedures could be:
    1) Bulletized elements with a numeric count provided; or
    2) Embedded numbering (e.g. 01, _02, 03, etc.) to identify each salient element again with a numeric count.

    Additionally, dynamically providing enough blank fields (i.e. # of elements * 5 maturities) in client response areas…
