Users should have the ability to write custom reports, build custom charts, and save these for later usage. Something similar to Microsoft PowerBI or an equivalent product.

As a manager, having custom reports is essential to understand where the assessment is at and to better analyze the information so we can make quick decisions and strategize efforts.

Everyday we seem to be asked for more and better reporting. So the ability to create, modify and build upon our previous reports is a good idea ALWAYS. Any ability to make greater flexibility in reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis the better.
