This would be a critical improvement! My upper mgmt does not understand why we submit for Certification in Oct, do not receive certification until Jan-Feb and then have to certify again in October. We've already lost 3-4 months of the year and have to restart the work as soon as we receive the certification notice. This creates a never-ending cycle of certification/interim work because of the 90 day control freeze.
