10613 - CAPs Scheduled Completion Date Email
MyCSF should automatically send an email notification to all users permitted to manage CAPs (Account Admins or Manage CAPs == checked) within a MyCSF Account thirty (30) days before a CAPs scheduled completion date.
A content block should be created that allows HITRUST to change the notification. It should include variables for the CAP Id, CAP Name, CAP Scheduled Completion Date, and CAP POC

Offline Assessment: Error History Log
MyCSF should have a detailed error log made available within the GUI when importing an Offline Assessment that contains issues. When users import an Offline Assessment, this log should capture the sheet, cell, and exception of why the cell’s contents were not able to be imported.

[BL] Required Fields for CAPs
Specifically, for validated assessments we’d like the tool to prevent a CAP from being saved unless the following fields are populated:
• Name
• Corrective Action
• Status
• Point of Contact / Owner
• Scheduled Completion DateFurther, the tool should prevent a “Scheduled Completion Date” from being greater than 2 years from the management rep. letter date.
If a user tries to hit the confirm button with any of these fields blank, the tool should alert the user about which blank field is preventing them from proceeding.

Force additional edit checks on CAP's during Interim Assessments
Functionality that requires that the Assessor responds to a CAP's Status.

Internal Inheritance should be allowed from any CSF Version
The system shall allow Internal Inheritance from any CSF Version.
In QA, currently the system only allows you to apply Internal Inheritance on an Assessment Statement if both Assessment's has the same CSF Version. The system should allow you to apply the inheritance if the CSF Version is different- like External Inheritance.

The system shall automatically send detailed email notifications of the Assessment Status to Assurance Members, Clients, and External Assessors.

10655 - Updated MyCSF “Library” page
MyCSF should update the title of the Library page to be named References. The navigation bar should be updated to reflect this alteration as well.
The layout of this new page should be comprised of three rows. The first and third rows should have one column with 100% width. The second row should have two columns both with an equal 50% width. The existing “Library Versions” section should be relocated to the bottom of this page.
For the Glossary and Downloads sections, Super Users should be able upload and manage files from a Content block that mirrors those contents on…

Creating Assessment Task Modal
MyCSF should allow Internal HITRUST Users to create an “Assessment Task” against the Pre-Assessment, Questionnaire, and/or any of the required document pages within an Assessment. An assessment task can only be created once an Assessment has been submitted to HITRUST. Assessment Tasks should be able to be assignable to Clients, External Assessors, or HITRUST. When an assessment task is created and assigned, those individuals should be notified, and allow the users to respond to a task and modify the item it is linked to within the QA Modal.
