Allow Assessors to use the Offline Template
The system shall allow Assessors to download and import the Offline Assessment Template if the client has enabled the Assessment to be done offline.

MyCSF should allow Assessors to download and import the Offline Assessment if their client has permitted the Offline Assessment’s use. Import Offline Assessment Columns based on User Type
The system shall examine the user’s role when importing an Offline Assessment.
Description and Priority
When an Offline Assessment is imported MyCSF should examine the importing user's role as well as the Assessment Statement’s Status. If the user is assigned as an Account Admin or Assessment Lead then the Assessor columns within the Offline Assessment Template should be ignored. If the user is assigned as an Assessor then the client columns should be ignored. MyCSF should only allow the import based on the status of an Assessment Statement. The system shall ignore blank cells when an Offline Assessment is being imported.
Description and Priority
Within the Offline Assessment Import page MyCSF should add a checkbox labeled: “Ignore Blank Cells” when checked the import will ignore blank cells in the Offline spreadsheet and not have the spreadsheet blank the existing values. When accessing the page the checkbox should always be checked by default.A checkbox input should be created. Default = Checked.

MyCSF should have a new spreadsheet within the Offline Assessment page that enables a user to both define new Document References as well as link all of the Assessment's Document References to the Statements. When the user downloads the spreadsheet the following should be contained within the file:

[BL] Templates of Required Document(s) set upon CSF Version selection
When a user generates a new Assessment they select the CSF Version that will be submitted to HITRUST either v9.1 or v9.2. When the user selects which version they will be completing MyCSF should dynamically present the most current version template for each Required Document based upon the CSF Version.

I would like to submit a feature request to be able to identify the date a file was uploaded/updated in the Documents screen. That would be extremely helpful in identifying new evidence when performing assessor reviews.

[BL] Self-Assessment: Logo and Signature upload to Rep Letter
For Self-Assessments the Rep Letter required document should be modified to remove both the template download as well as the rep letter import field. In their place the tool should have two file attachment inputs that enable them to upload their company's logo as well as the Assessment POC's signature. These two uploads will be used to auto-create the rep letter.

MyCSF should automatically focus the cursor in all text-based search filters when accessing the page and/or modal. This will enable a user to type instantly without having to click into the field. The following search input fields should be updated:

10163 - MyCSF External Inheritance CSF Certified
The system shall automatically deselect the “Published” check box of an Assessment if it has been two (2) years from the Certified Assessment’s Final Report Date.
MyCSF should have a business rule in place for all Assessments in the MyCSF Inheritance Program that are CSF Certified which unpublishes their Assessment from the External Inheritance drop-down if the current date is more than 2 years past the Final Report Date. The system should automatically uncheck the “Published” check box on the Name and Security page if this condition is met.
