You should be able to sort CAPs by their Scheduled Completion Date.

Add outstanding inheritance requests to the kanban status pop-ups
In the kanban view, the little (i) icons can be moused over to see how many outstanding items exist for the assessed entity, the assessor, or HITRUST. It would be helpful if there was a 4th task "owner" listed to reflect how many outstanding inheritance requests exist which are preventing the assessment from leaving the phase / state. Right now these are all showing up under the assessed entity, but in reality the assessed entity could be waiting for one of their service providers to approve their inheritance requests.

Requirement statement text in "linked statements for" modal should be a hyperlink
In the modal accessible from the general documents page used to show the requirement statements that are linked to a particular document, the requirement statement text should be a hyperlink leading to that requirement statement. See pic.

Hyperlinks in CAPs page
In the "Corrective Action Plan" modal / pop-up accessible by pressing the "Edit" button for a single CAP listed in the "Corrective Action Plans" page: The "Linked Statements" area should contain hyperlinks. Specifically, the "Assessment", "Domain", and "Baseline Unique ID" columns should all be populated with hyperlinks.

Update Inheritance percentage selection box
Customers lose visibility of the percentage number displayed in the inheritance request box when changing the browser zoom. Update display characteristics to dynamically change text size so a number is always present regardless of zoom. Zoom from 75% up to 150 percent should be supported.

- Please add "Response Date" column in the table to analyze our SLA matrix
- "Filter" : Please provide "Select All" checkbox so that by unchecking it we can select the required filter, right now, all fields and data items are marked in "Filter", it takes time to deselect every one of them.

Enhance CAP Notifications
Assign individual users to a milestone and notify of approaching milestone completion date. This would enhance the functionality of the CAP module to include milestone approach date.

UI to assign inheritance for multiple task items at one time.
Currently to assign Internal/External inheritance, a user has to select each task item and assign individually.
Please consider a UI to assign inheritance for multiple task items at one time, making it easier and more efficient for end users to complete in a more respectable time and manner.2 votes -
Mouse cursor on the Corrective Action Plans page / list
The mouse cursor icon when mousing over rows of the 'Corrective Action Plans' page (where all of the CAPs are listed in a table) is confusing. It always displays as a hand when mousing over any part of the CAPs table, which makes me think I'm mousing over a link. However, the only links in the table are buttons in the far-right of the table. I think this is a bug. The fix is to correct the cursor icon when mousing over the non-linked areas of the table.

Increase "Corrective Action" field in CAPs pop-up
In the "Corrective Action Plan" modal / pop-up accessible by pressing the "Edit" button for a single CAP listed in the "Corrective Action Plans" page: The "Corrective Action" field is way too small. It's only 3 lines tall, and it makes it very, very hard to read.
