2. Permit the changing of the Offline Assessment filename

   Today, the name of the Offline Assessment file must remain as is. This proposed change would allow the file name to be altered post download. The tool would throw a warning when a file is uploaded with an altered name, but ultimately the user could confirm and the file would be processed.

3. Move the Offline Assessment to the Assessment Homepage

   The Offline Assessment link to initiate, download, and upload an Offline Assessment should be moved to the Assessment Homepage in order to bring more awareness for the functionality.

4. Allow Assessors to use the Offline Template

   The system shall allow Assessors to download and import the Offline Assessment Template if the client has enabled the Assessment to be done offline.

   Description and Priority
   MyCSF should allow Assessors to download and import the Offline Assessment if their client has permitted the Offline Assessment’s use. If the Assessed Entity has permitted the Assessment to be done offline then the ‘Offline’ button should be visible for the Assessor to click when accessing the Name & Security page. The Assessment Name field Assessment for Interim Creation Only checkbox CSF Version dropdown list Assessor dropdown list and the People/Assessors table should not be visible.

   Rationale
   Assessors should be able to download and import the Offline Assessment Template.

5. Creating Assessment Task Modal

   MyCSF should allow Internal HITRUST Users to create an “Assessment Task” against the Pre-Assessment, Questionnaire, and/or any of the required document pages within an Assessment. An assessment task can only be created once an Assessment has been submitted to HITRUST. Assessment Tasks should be able to be assignable to Clients, External Assessors, or HITRUST. When an assessment task is created and assigned, those individuals should be notified, and allow the users to respond to a task and modify the item it is linked to within the QA Modal. The QA Modal should also allow HITRUST Internal Users to suggest a new Pre-Assessment answer/selection, maturity scores/comments when creating a new assessment task. If the EA and/or Client agrees with HITRUST’s suggestion, the system should automatically fix the assessment task with HITRUST’s suggestion. If they disagree, the field or page associated with the task should be unlocked for the appropriate user to fix if it is a “general” task. If it is a “proposed change” or “read-only” task, the page should be non-editable. Similar logic to when HITRUST reverts a statement back during QA. When creating a task, the following task modal should appear as well as the following fields within the modal. When the assessment task gets resolved, the system should also have a history of all created and resolved assessment task showing the original answer and to what it was resolved to.

7. Import Offline Assessment Columns based on User Type

   The system shall examine the user’s role when importing an Offline Assessment.
   Description and Priority
   When an Offline Assessment is imported MyCSF should examine the importing user's role as well as the Assessment Statement’s Status. If the user is assigned as an Account Admin or Assessment Lead then the Assessor columns within the Offline Assessment Template should be ignored. If the user is assigned as an Assessor then the client columns should be ignored. MyCSF should only allow the import based on the status of an Assessment Statement. The import mechanism should only modify Statements that the importing user has the ability to change within the GUI. If a Statement is owned by the Subscriber the Statement should be skipped if the Assessor imports. If a Statement is owned by the Assessor the Statement should be skipped if the Subscriber imports.

   Rationale
   MyCSF should be able to distinguish which user is importing an Offline Assessment and prevent modification of scores if the State doesn’t permit it.
