Out of User Licenses
Hello,
In my subscription, I see there are 5 User Licenses, however, I could not assign the MyCSF license to my 4th user. System show 0/5 license available.Please help

HITRUST Support Phone Number
There use to be a phone number we could call from the HITRUST main line that would connect us directly to support so that we could better explain some of our problems within myCSF. Recently HITRUST updated their phone lines and caused a never ending loop where you cannot access the support line. I've since talked to support through the chat to request this change and it still has not been updated.

Request Support
There doesn't seem to be an easy way to request support from within MyCSF. This feels like a pretty big oversight (and also makes me think I am overlooking it).

Kanban
Add the Kanban and Matrix dashboards to the Analytics tab to allow going directly to it as opposed to having to go through an assessment and 4 clicks to get to it
1 voteThe Kanban and Matrix dashboards are available in the "Views" button in the top navigation bar. An assessment doesn't have to be loaded up before either view can be assessed.

Make Shared Responsibility Matrix Spreadsheets Editable
Please allow users to edit the Shared Responsibility Matrix spreadsheets.
The value of this content comes from organizations utilizing it to manage their HITRUST programs.
We need to be able to filter, sort, remove rows, add columns to document our environment and current state, etc.
With the content locked down I currently need to cut your content from the SRM spreadsheet, then paste it to a new spreadsheet, and then re-format every column again.
I understand your spreadsheet states that it must be used and distributed in your format but that is impossible when you lock it down.1 vote -
Improved cloning functionality
Really need to be able to clone my own assessment and do basic updates (i.e. removing the external auditor) without going through HITRUST Support. I have been going back and forth for days - and while the Support Team have been helpful, if I had the proper access, I would have been able to run what I need to get answers to my questions within a single business day. Right now, I am several business days on... I have been in contact daily with the Support Team, still don't have the clones I need in order to get answers to…

Cloned assessment structures should retain cloned controls
It would be helpful if a 'cloned' assessment retained the ability to properly re-clone all relevant controls, even if the Factors are changed to understand different configurations. Our company uses this approach to help inform business decisions. Right now, a new cloned assessment has to be created and can then only be run against a single set of Factors. Once those Factors are changed, it is not possible to get the same 'true clone' representing controls that are already met.

I need to add a new assessor user to our assessment
I can see a number of users affiliated with our assessor company.
However, I can't add a new assessor staff member to the list of users. Note: This is a new staff member at the assessor company.
It would be wonderful if there were a tool that would let me add new assessor staff to our assessment. How can I do that?

Split HIPAA into Sub-Categories
The existing HIPAA Regulatory Factor is too broad and sometimes causes undesired HIPAA sections to be introduced into an Assessment. Use the new nesting functionality to split HIPAA into its sub-categories.

Provide a functionality to download all inheritance requests from Mycsf in CSV format. This will help CSP providers manage the inheritance requests queue, and will help with tracking and reporting.

Add a date to the inheritance requests queue
Within MyCSF, please add a date which shows when an inheritance request was created, submitted, approved, and applied. This will be especially helpful to track the review of the inheritance requests.

MyCSF Reliance Tracking
This would leverage the MyCSF workflow and functionality for inheritance and extend part of it to reliance.
1. Add a button for 3rd Party Report Reliance to the UI for each CR

Phasing out Password rotating requirement
The following requirement I believe will eventually be less common as companies are moving away from rotating passwords and might need to be inclusive of all methods going forward as password rotating will probably be slowly phased out.

Inheriting Statements that were also inherited would need to either route or provide information regarding the true source of the Statement.
