I'd like periodic auto-saving when entering Subscriber Comments, as well. I frequently lose work-in-progress when 1) my MyCSF session has timed out, and 2) random errors occur.
With respect to #1, it is unclear when my MyCSF session expires. If I'm working on one domain, for example, I can continue navigating around the controls and entering Subscriber Comments, presumably based on data that my browser has already cached. When I do something that requires fetching new data, though, like attempting to link to a document, the app behaves erratically (though still does not tell me that my session has timed out) and I know it is time to force a refresh and re-login.
Regarding #2, I'm trying to train myself to explicitly save more frequently, but MyCSF app errors still cause loss of work regularly. I'd like to be able to resume where I left off after an error occurs, especially if MyCSF had been sitting idle for several minutes prior to the error (e.g. when working in another window to gather evidence.
