  1. There use to be a phone number we could call from the HITRUST main line that would connect us directly to support so that we could better explain some of our problems within myCSF. Recently HITRUST updated their phone lines and caused a never ending loop where you cannot access the support line. I've since talked to support through the chat to request this change and it still has not been updated.

  3. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to request support from within MyCSF. This feels like a pretty big oversight (and also makes me think I am overlooking it).
